Bimed Teknik Aletler San. ve Tic. A.Ş. embracing human as the most valuable
asset, adopts to prevent all possible losses, injuries and health defects by creating
healthy and safe working environment, and continuously improves all processes and
activities as a business objective.
Accordingly, Bimed Teknik Aletler San. ve Tic. A.Ş. adopts the following as OHS policy:

to develop health and safety culture with all stakeholders by acting responsible
to the regulations, legislations, ISO 45001 requirements and other obligations,

to ensure the participation of all levels in the organization including employees
and employee representatives regarding OHS implementations, and to
integrate their remarks and recommendations to decision processes,
-
to determine the hazards originated from the processes and engineering
changes, evaluate the risks, eliminate the hazards and risks by taking actions,
reduce the risks which cannot be eliminated, to acceptable levels in order to
reduce occupational accidents and diseases to zero,

to promote uncompromising submission to the OHS rules by trainings, to
enhance the OHS competency and awareness of employees,

to ensure that all of the employees are prepared for emergencies by trainings,
drills and other applications,

to value the expectations of all interested parties particularly the employees in
case of extraordinary situations (such as pandemic, earthquake, etc.),
